When you view it from the observation area you may not see it right away. You have to wait for the tide to come in and out a few timeas before you see it.

No, this is not an area accessible to the disabled. The footing is very rough and bumpy and you have to navigate through tide pools and rocks to access this particular spot.

There are sloped walking areas down closere to where you can see better, but to walk over to the well for a great view then no there is not

Getting close to the well is tough for those without disability. Upper viewing area is. You can still get a great view of the well. To get to the well you have to take several flights of stairs and navigate over Jagged wet rocks.
