I agree with your assessment. I cannot believe how bad the communication, the service, the stupidity of the systems and the people who are employed to work here. It was and continues to be a nightmare here. And I just read that on the 16th of Mayemployees will be on strike!!! Can it really get worse? I hope to be out of here before we find out!
