I had an amazing delivery here. Nurses were kind big shout out to Liz in ob, Andrea and Liz you in nicu, Richard Lorenzo delivery Dr and William Taylor anesthesiologist who put my iv in. They were exceptionally skilled calm and gave amazing care. Andrea treated my son so good, the love and care she puts into her job she makes every child she works with feel important. My son loved her. I really owe everyone named more than a glowing review.

The scheduling is impossible to reach and you have to hold the phone for 30 minutes to talk to a person for an appointment. You could leave your number and they could only call back next day. What kind of hospital would make things so difficult from the start?

Worst place ever don't waste your time they make you wait hours even if your dying. It's all a mmoney grab for this hospital it's sad because it used to have such a great reputation now they just went money crazy and don't care for their patients or their health.

Absolute joke of a system. Had a kid dislocated his elbow and end up at Kadlec via Ambulance. Thirty minutes after being told we'd need to wait for him to "show up on the board" before we could see him they came to get us. When we got back to his room we found out he'd had no treatment, x-rays, or anything because they were "waiting for consent" to treat him. For half an hour we were waiting for permission to see him while they were waiting on our permission to treat him. During this time the kid was stuck with a dislocated elbow 300 miles from home in a room with nobody he knows and getting nowhere closer to being treated. Once we finally got to see him and give consent to treat they finally took x-rays and the X-ray tech asked him if he could "bend his arm a little for a better picture" 🤦‍♂️ Over an hour later we'd seen an x-ray tech and an admin for paperwork but no Dr's or Nurses. This is a random Tuesday in July. I'd hate to need treatment from this place on a weekend or holiday!
