It's pretty quiet. One of the coolest RV parks I've ever seen. It seems to be more for long term rental and lives like a home. I have a small grass yard, a privacy fence, a propane rental tank that's bigger than I am. It's really unbelievable. The internet is wired straight in so it beats every RV park internet I've ever used. I would have given it 5 stars but there is a potato plant right next door so the air smells like burnt grease most of the time. It's pretty awful, but literally the only thing wrong with this place. I love it, will prob stay here a bit. It's genius too, they use a machine to put your rv in its spot so they can cram more in. It seems strange at first but its actually genius. Someone with a big brain designed this place lol. It's a trip.

We have lived here so far about 15 months and really like it. We lived at another place just up the road but they were so packed in there you could hear your neighbor cough at night. Here you have a space you can almost treat as your own. If you follow the rules there are no problems here at all. Facilities are always kept clean. Staff is always ready to help or answer questions. Also really like that the cable and internet are included along with the private yard in the monthly rent.

I lived here from April '15 to October '16 and again from July '17 to July '19. it may not look like much from the outside, but it's a pretty decent place to live! Freeway access, propane available, free Wi-Fi and cable TV in every spot two shower-houses and laundry, nice clubhouse with big screen TV, hot tub, pool, extra parking if needed. only thing i had a gripe with was i parked my vehicles in my lot and while i was out of the country in Iceland, they charged me $10 to hand mow the lawn. cause they couldn't get their big mower inside the lot, claim they "mow every week". jeez, if grass is such a big deal. when i started there it was $365 plus electric, then $385, then $405, then $415, they're probably at $450 now.

Quiet friendly place to stay. Each lot had a private yard and enough parking for 2 vehicles. The pool is nice and so is the club house. Clean laundry facilities.

$500 per month plus electric and plus propane usage if you sign up for their subscription
It's has been amazing! Router needed and plug into the high speed internet. I bought a router, but I think they also offer them.
There are def a few empty spaces...beware though, the internet is literally 1.5mbps down and up. I'm moving this month because the internet is totally unusable. So this space will b available.
I believe so
Space rent varies from $450-$575 per month depending on the size of your trailer.
