I was hospitalized in this hospital for heart and blood problems. The doctors and nurses here are very professional and patient. The attitude is also very friendly. The nurses patiently asked me about my feelings and needs every day until I recovered and was discharged from the hospital.

Seriously incompetent receptionists. Took me 2 weeks to book an appointment because the receptionist didn't want to do their job. Tried to make a specialist appointment. Had an issue with my authorization and they didn't want to call my doctor so I had to call my doctor to correct it. They waited 5 days to enter in my data because during this time, I called multiple times and they didn't enter in the new authorization. After 5 days I called multiple times again and the person who handles new appointments was "busy". I left at least 3 voice mails asking for them to call me back to ask about the status of my authorization. After 2 weeks they finally picked up and made an appointment. I can't believe the magnitude of incompetence. How hard is it to schedule an appointment?

I traveled 5.5 hours to consult with expert surgeon Marcelo Hinojosa, MD, at UCI Medical in Orange, and couldn’t be more impressed with the whole experience!!! He came highly recommended to me from surgeons across the state as the #1 surgeon for hernia repair. Robotic surgery was excellent and a truly impressive experience!!! I was at building 22C for my consult, which had valet parking at the front door, and a month later had surgery at the valet 3 building. They have state-of-the-art technology, ample kind, and brilliant staff, it is so clean and fancy, and they have fantastic amenities like a guard tower as you pull in that helped direct me where I needed to go. Pull-up valet was only $1.50, and they had a big sign saying no tips! I cannot say enough good stuff about my experience and the excellent level of care that I received! 5-stars, highly recommend!!!! Oh, and the portal chat feature is fantastic too. Keep up the great work!

No you don't need an appointment for a pregnancy test but it is a long long wait, you might as well go to any clinic that does free pregnancy test and the wait is a lot less
When I was at UCI for 4 days I actually had really nice nurses except for 1. They responded fairly quickly when I called unless there was an emergency and you could usually hear it.
Saddleback hospice care is very good. They're off of el Toro rd. In Laguna woods. Another one is Amity hospice. Medicare has a list of caregivers that you can interview to see if you like them or not. Good luck and God bless you all 🙏

We perform around 400 robotic prostatectomies per year. We have several surgeons who perform this surgery including the well known Dr Ahlering, Dr Uchio, Dr Hugen, Dr Patel and others. Surgeons have many years of experience. Dr Ahlering has been doing those for over 20 years. Success rate is very high.
You hear, if you're pregnant, go to the emergency room to have the dr's checked. It's what I was with my wife.

Yes the E.D. will never turn away those without insurance. You can also request to speak to someone about a payment plan, or applying for MediCal. Also, there is walk in urgent care services for non threatening issues that cannot wait until next day.

I had to fax a written request to the records department, the forms to fill out are on the UCI Med center records website.. The process took almost 2 full weeks. When the records were ready, I had to pick them up in person or you can specify someone else to pick them up on the forms, and there was a small fee.
