Do not recommend living here. The managers (gina) is incredibly disrespectful. She clearly has no type of experience in customer service. She flipped out on me because I ask if we can get a little heads up every time they cut the water here (5th time in the last 2 years). She recommended me look for another place if I didn’t like it. I’ll will talk to higher ups and make a complain, she should be out of a job and working on her social skills. Edit: 4/31/2021 NEW MANAGEMENT IS JUST AS BAD. WENT FROM BAD TO WORST! I've lived here 12.5 years and I love it. It's clean, attractive, safe, and within 2 minutes of the 5, 57, and 22 freeways.

They don't allow renters there unfortunately..
There are a few homes for sale. It's an expensive park, but worth it. Clubhouse, laundry room, car wash. Only one entrance. And very safe and clean.
I am not sure specifically. My husbsnd pays the bill and I haven't checked a statement this past year as I've had medical issues. I do know its a bit above average. And the one bill includes gas, electricity, water, trash, and street sweeping. It's close to the 5, 57, and 22 freeways. After looking around I think it's the best oark for the money spent in this area.
