Had a visit here the people are nice to talk with. The place seems cozy for 55 + MHP. Most of who I encountered or spoke with where good hearted folks. Lots of little dogs ( good companions ) or walking buddys

Nope. This mobile home park is senior 55+ residents only, and the people that live here have to buy the mobile home and then pay space rent to the park... They don't allow any sublets either.
