These women hate there job. Unpleasant,unfriendly,impatient,Rude, just terrible customer service. I called on a Saturday at 12:45pm and they put me on hold, then they hung up on me.I called back at 12:50pm and the automated service stated that there closed when online it says they close at 1pm. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. JUST TRASH!!!!

Apparently my vacation pay was lost in the mail. I have friends at work that this has happened to also. I don't know why my union has started doing business with this bank . I had to drive all the way to Orange to get my money. They made me sit and wait for the managers approval for about a half hour before I got my money. They act like they're doing me a favor for giving it to me. I'd give them less then one star if I could.

I had and my vacation pay check and I was told that I could go into the bank and just sign a paper and cash it. So I drove all the way there from Highland California sign paperwork unbeknownst to me that I opened an account. I didn't know I open an account until it was time for me to receive my vacation pay check again and I was told that the bank with held it because of Child Support. Out of 30 years in the Union and getting my vacation pay check 2 times a year I had to start messing with this Bank and now all the sudden I don't get s*** this thing sucks. Now I gotta drive all the way back to the city of Orange too close too stupid account that I never knew I opened.
