About $100 more expensive than "tows R us" I don't know why one comunity will use 2 different companies; but for a 2 to 3 mile tow this company charges $350+ and tows r us $265 I guess no one is going to give a 5 star to any tow company, not a good feeling..

While I didn't enjoy sitting in the hot sun waiting to pay $400+ to reclaim my vehicle , I did enjoy excellent customer service. If you have the pleasure of meeting Rebecca, know that she can solve your problem when she disappears in the back of the office with your registration and driver license. In my case, she "sought first to understand, then be understood." Thanks for your help.

This business is a scam. They illegally tow vehicles and the employees are absolutely racist. If you’re Latino, they will tell you “they don’t speak Mexican”. They know what they’re doing and in the process of towing my vehicle, they damaged it. Not only they scammed me to get my vehicle out their towing but also refused to pay me for the damages. Absolutely a business to scam and take advantage of neighborhoods. We’re seeking legal advise on the matter.

I’m writing this review not because I’m angry but because they need to work on their customer service. I called in for a quote and was asked how many miles is it? Like I don’t know I gave them the addresses for them to work on it. Apparently I was being rude and the lady on the phone got offended she told me to go find another company. Don’t even bother with their services. If she doesn’t like her job or doesn’t help people out then go get a different life.

They r nothing but theives with a license to steal and look for opportunities to screw poeples live over and r so rude about it i really dont know how they sleep at night
Giovani Perez, the majority of our staff is Hispanic. So I'm not sure why you would say it's not a good place to be if you don't speak Spanish. In fact, our front desk speak Spanish. And everyone employed here has an education.
