Terrible service AAA transfered me to them last Saturday waited and waited for hours called them back turns out they canceled my pickup because they don't tow classic cars and they didn't even bother to call and inform me unreliable

Jerry from Alberto’s was awesome! He got there so fast and loaded up my car quick. Great professional customer service and great convo the whole way back to o’side. While it was a bummer having my car towed Jerry made the whole experience a positive one.

Held my car hostage, unbelievable scenario!! My Mercedes wouldn’t run so I called Mercedes Roadside Assistance and they arranged to pick up my car through a tow truck dispatcher which used Alberto’s Towing in Orange CA. First off, they said they would be over by around 6pm they got there after 10pm but that’s nothing compared to what happened next. Rather than delivering it to the dealership they held onto it for 4 days, turns out that there was a conflict between the dispatching company and Alberto’s so they thought it was a good idea to deal with it by holding my car hostage. I can’t understand that type of mentality.

Horrible service! Their not professional at all! They said they were gonna come in 55 min! I waited for over 3 hours and they never ever showed up! They don’t answer your text and the lady in the office hangs up the phone! She did for like 6 times! Hope they go broke cuz they don’t have any respect for a customer! If you can’t do it just say it!
