I have no word. I am just so unhappy it's not worth expressing...... very unprofessional. Please save your self the time and the energy. I wouldn't recommende this place.. its awful I have not even moved in yet and I already had the most awful experience in my entire life........I am suppose to move into this ... its my move in date. And thus is how I found the place.

I live at one of their properties and it is absolutely not worth the cost. It takes multiple requests and phone calls to get anything repaired. The two women in the office of The Crossings in Hesperia will tell you anything to placate you, then do nothing to solve the problems.

I currently live at a property owned by Investment Concepts. When asking for helping from corp. during these hard times, they refused and leave me in a hard situation. They wouldnt even offer any other sort of relief . Just a "nope that's the way it is" I do not know about the other properties but for the sole reason of corporation managment being unsympathetic during this pandemic, I will never look at another Investment Concept Inc company again. Oh and Lisa Haslam is horrible at returning phone calls.

Not only did I get a filthy apt. when I moved in, the apt. mgr at Zen senior apts. in Phoenix, AZ yells at seniors, has mood swings ranging from nasty to nice, and when I moved last month, they took $150 out of deposit to pay for water & cable which were already included in the March rent I paid in full. Now they won't respond back and owe me money. Do not have your loved senior or anyone rent at this location.
