I’m a nurse, I get how cliche it is to write a bad review. This is specifically for the ED. I was having a really hard time, in a lot of pain.. everyone treated me like it wasn’t a big deal and that I wasn’t important. I’m young and I have great veins, and this nurse not only blew my vein but continued to push saline until my whole arm was blown up. I teach IV starting, and I know there is no way he shouldn’t have known to pull it out faster. Then the second one was in but he clearly hit a valve and kept going. I get people not being good at IVs, but there is no reason they should be this bad. The bruises on my arms are insane. I only got an X-ray, when I really needed an ultrasound. I was nauseas and they didn’t give me anything for nausea or pain. I was already humiliated to have to go, and then they just made me feel so much worse. I’ve never been made to feel so judged for not feeling well in a hospital.

This is a good place to go for medical care. There is plenty of parking and the parking is free. I had a cat scan done in radiology and was treated with respect and kindness the entire time. There was a problem, that was resolved completely during the procedure. A special thanks to the kind man who came for the ER to start my IV for administering the contrast. The radiologist read the scan and delivered the results to my primary care doctor within a couple hours and I now know the next step to take to resolve the issue. I don't always receive this type of excellent medical care so I called and spoke with Hailey, a Patient Experience Coordinator, and let her know that I appreciate the care I received during what for me was a stressful time.

As an employee, I greatly appreciate the care, respect, compassion, and empathy in which my daughter was treated by all staff. The ER was clean and everyone made sure we had what we needed. Thank you so much for making a very hard situation doable. We appreciate all the nurses and techs that cared for us!

Healthcare and emergency services done right! The ER night shift and morning shift are amazing. They ran tests until all options were exhausted, making sure I was discharged with confidence. I appreciated the care and the compassion. Empathy goes a long way. Thank you Jennifer, Dr. Paulsen, Petra and the entire imaging and diagnostics department!

i don't recomend you any hospital nearby tustin and santa ana...i went out to saint joshep on la veta avenue near the main place..is the worse one because they give to you the wrong medication..i was in saint joshep for attend a migraine that was having...no covid sympthoms and they gave me medication for migraine, and they gave me norco,..i never said that i had pain in my body..anybody listened to me properly...i took the medicine for "migraine" thing that i never got in my life..and i felt like i was having difficult time breathing making involuntary movements on my body...i went out to laguna beach mission hospital and they listened to me very carrefully, they was taking the time listening me, the doctors are the best..they know exactly what u have just looking at you...i recomend you to move at laguna beach because if something happens to you?! that will be the nearest hospital that u might be able to go! they're sometimes empty day and night....Good luck friend!

The lab itself is open 24/7, but the outpatient draw (for pre-op, etc) is open M-F from 7am to 3pm. They ask that you arrive by 2pm if you need service towards the end of the day.
