I have a message that I cannot file a claim until my next benefit year begins, even thought it says I am on extension I have not exhausted my claim from this year and have money in the account. Who can I contact to find out why?

I am in the same boat, I would love to know when my extensions will be processed. I still have money in my claim.

I relocated here through 2 states while 2018 fed return needed I.d. verification for release of funds , and persistence to maintain gainful employment to end up not receiving stimulus, or consistent uc benefits that I started in Pennsylvania. I requested an extension on kredit karma because I have to file in paper format with verifying IPPIN to have all of the last 3 years of tax returns released into my current Wells Fargo Bank account!

I am in the situation also. I finally got thru on the phone. When I started to question the representative she hung up on me. Seems like no-one is holding EDD responsible.

I have a friend that has money in edd acct and somebody stole his identity. we sent paperwork to verify his identity. BUT SOMEBODY made a new acct with a totally different email. he has no idea what it could be it's not the only one he has ever had. and it seems like edd will not help. what the heck do we do
