Like a lot of the poor souls I've had the opportunity to read about going down the reviews I have been waiting for almost 2 months for payment. After spending almost 2 months trying to identity myself because I sadly got caught up in the identity fraud sweep, I was elated to finally get my case back on track only to be stalled out yet again. Even though my account reflects the fact that my claim was processed, accepted and implemented I have nothing but pending payments and no correspondences(not email, phone call, letter, or inbox... Nothing!!) from the EDD. Which is frustrating given the fact that I've sent out multiple messages and tried religiously to contact them via their mainline. It's like I've dropped off the face of their systems with no way to rectify the issue..."beyond annoyed".... Welp I shall continue my faithful Ritual tomorrow bright and early... Wish me luck!!!!

Their system messed up my claim and now isn't paying benefits. It's been over 2 months since I've received any payments. I call 50-100 times per day and only get through once per week at the end of the day and they tell me that they can't help me because they'll have to transfer me and they'll close before i can get through. Calling at 8am is worthless, it never gets through anyways. They appear to be purposely not helping or paying benefits.

One of the most POOR CUSTOMER Service and Public Service agency. They DO NOT care for customer service, but when fraud happens they quickly hold your funds and DO NOTHING TO DILIGENTLY INVESTIGATE THE FRAUD. They write up ALL lies and there's NO proper proof of investigations to help the victims. THE TEAM NEEDS PROFESSIONAL COACHING AND TRAINING ON HANDLING CUSTOMERS AND FRAUD RELATED MATTERS. They Hire lame and wasteful resources.

Woman named Candy, an adjudicator, should be absolutely fired. First off called later than the window given to wait for their call for an interview. Which probably is why she was so eager to get through my call as quick as possible to get on with her day. She urgently tried find a way to tell me I would be rejected because of saying I had a part time self employment work. Didn’t wait to allow me to explain or give her detail that it’s less than once a month. And many weeks I am have been without work. Than facetiously began belittling me, asking me “have your heard of google sir” talking to me like I was a child. When I asked for her name and employee number she then hung up me... !!!

Have your question been answered for you yet

I received a message from the EDD SDI office regarding my SDI claim stating that I needed to call the office to verify information. I have tried for 3 days to get through on the phone number provided. Should I just go to the office?
