It has been such a long time since walking in the bank physically. But, the service that I received while there is still top notch. You are doing such a great job with the online banking system that its really not necessary to come in. I'm sad about that part but thrill that my bank is consistently moving forward with computerized technology.

Love that you're near ... would love it more if you were open Saturdays but I understand. Do not love the homeless tents and itinerants in card on Golden Gate Avenue though, it feels very sketchy sometimes, especially in winter. Everyone is really nice at the bank.

Being a seasoned lady of 'a few decades,' I find the services provided by 'my' SFFCU to be 'outstanding,' comparitively speaking. My membership spans a few decades, I've not had difficulties transacting business, in person or online; and, it's my life-practice to give 'Kudos' where credit is due. Lastly, it is my hopes/expectations that the current system remains as effective, efficient and user-friendly as it is at this time. The service persons I've encountered over the years have remained 'consistently good,' and it's my expectation that this will always be the culture of 'our' credit union. Keep up the good 'customer services' and know we are as a family are grateful for your support and qualities as a local bank. Respectfully, Miz Frankie

I love doing my banking at a credit union and have been a customer here for at least 3 decades. I will say sometimes things take looonger at the SFCU, and it can be a real hassle that there are so few branches. They do have great customer service that is reachable by phone, which I believe is centered locally, and I have spoken to some of the same people for years.

If SFFCU Is Your Bank, Just Ask Your Payroll Department For The Paperwork To Fill Out, And Be Sure Your Routing Number and Account Number Is On There Too. Best Wishes...
Hello Robert, sorry for the delayed response. Our underwriters work Monday to Friday, so if it is submitted between Monday and Friday, the typical amount of time to receive an answer after submitting an auto loan application is a few hours.
You call the bank up and get verified and change it that way. Or the second option is to log on using your old email and once inside the app touch security and follow the steps from there..
I'm sorry but no one by that name works here.
No, you no longer need to deposit money in order to open a savings account.
Yes, as long as you have a PIN.
Hello Wanda, no, you cannot deposit at Bank of the West, but you can go to our locator search (https://www.sanfranciscofcu.com/locator-search) and find a branch that is a shared branch location.
Louis, all branches are closed on Thanksgiving, November 28, and Black Friday, November 29, 2019.
You can add a beneficiary on your bank accounts (I highly recommend it). You need to visit a branch. If a branch is not convenient for you, you can call and request a beneficiary form to be sent to you to fill out and return and one of the Bank Services Representative's then can add a beneficiary/beneficiaries to your membership accounts.
Hello Beryl, no, we currently do not offer safe deposit boxes.
You can see the location of 26 branches in Berkeley if you go to this site: https://co-opcreditunions.org/locator/search-results/?loctype=S&address=&city=berkeley&state=CA&maxradius=20&country=&Submit=Search
We do not cash Savings Bonds.
SFFCU does not offer notary public services for this purpose. I recommend this service at the UPS Store in Opera Plaza.
