The answer would be yes but why would you? A simple radio repair now could be $3k in some cars. An extended warranty pays for itself over and over. It's better to be covered than be out of pocket when something does happen.
I don't know. Have you called the dealership? If it was rolled into the financing you may be stuck.
I believe the answer is yes. Doesn't matter if it is new or used car, or if it is leased.
