Went to reproduce old pictures. The assistance went to above and beyond to do s great job. The store is clean and organized. Asaled help and customers wore masks. Horray for a great experience. UPDATED 10/18/2020: another pleasant shopping experience. Thank you to Maggie, Abdul and Tom.

I went to this Staples this morning only make some copies with my daughter and the guy behind the counter ( wish I had gotten his name, older with blond hair ) gave me the most wonderful customer service experience I've had in a while. As if I was a customer spending hundreds ( well that's how I felt. ) I would just like to thank to him for taking his time with me with no rush. People just don't know how sometimes kindness and a smile can make someone's day. Thanks again!

This store has the worst customer service ive ever seen. The man that was working in copy and print act like he did not want to be bothered when we were having trouble with the fax machine. We kept asking him for help because it wasn't working properly. He kept it working give it time. It had been saying sleep for over 20 minutes. Ive sent plenty of faxes over the years I know when ones working and when ones not. We simply asked him to check it out for us. We ended up going across the street to Office Depot where we were greeted when we came in unlike Staples. They also assisted with the fax even thought it wasn't necessay.

I had ordered some business cards and a banner to be printed the same day for a conference I was attending in Greensboro. The order was submitted well before their deadline for submitting same day orders. When I arrived at the store at the time their website said it would be completed, I was informed that they had not checked their orders that day thus did not know that we had even placed an order. Once they looked, they actually found my order. I was also informed that because of drying times, the banner could not have been ready that day anyways, which is not what their website stated. I will never have anything printed at Staples again.
