Every other dealer wanted to increase the price with a “fair market adjustment fee” and there was none of that at Carolina Hyundai. Sebastian was great to work with and responded to my questions promptly, even when he wasn’t at work! They will definitely be receiving my business from here on out! If anyone is looking for a car right now one knows that the availability is limited. I’ve been working with four different dealers to try to locate a vehicle. I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to purchase my new vehicle from Carolina Hyundai. They were the dealer furthest away from my home; however, provided the best service and value for the vehicle that I wanted. The buying process was very easy. What I appreciated most about my experience is the follow up and follow through of my sales person Marina. I was contacted immediately upon submitting an online inquiry. Throughout the entire process, I was provided updates about vehicles that may be a good option for me. The updates were sent via email, text as well as phone calls to discuss options and what I really wanted. I was super impressed with my experience.
