Price isn’t to bad for the area but my question is, how are they going to go up on rent but haven’t cleaned the breeze ways for over a year? When I first moved here two years ago they pressure washed everything multiple times but nothing has been touched in a year so the trash bugs and dirt make it look like a 3rd world country when you walk out of your apartment.

The price is fantastic for these apartments, but the cleanliness could be 10 times better for the trash and breezeways. Every Sunday there’s a mound of trash blocking the trash door.

Very nice apartments, one of the clients we lives there, if you don't mind living in a building with others , they are very nice layout.
