I've heard Camping World bought them out, and several people are having issues with them honoring repairs on boats. Of course thats 2nd hand info. So not sure how reliable it is. But if it was me I'd be calling them until they resolved the issue or put me in contact with someone who can. Also call the warranty company where your warranty was bought from ..Best of Luck

Call a tow company and have them tow your RV into the shop for you. Call the shop and let them know it's coming. If your in the Ridgeland area I recommend A-1 towing for your towing need as they have equipment to move it with.

Boat-n-RV Megastore, Ridgeland, SC. Do not do business with this store please. Find a legitimate company. Left a $500 deposit against a used RV and was told to try my own bank however they sold the unit to one of there other stores in Tennessee after our phone conversation. Refused to stand behind the contract we had with them and would not even return our calls. Sales manager has no balls to even speak with us, instead hid in his office while the Finance manager try to smooth things over. The deal included a trade which I pulled off FB and told 2 individuals it was no longer available so now I have lost a possible sale myself. My wife and were really looking forward to a Class A motor home. Thanks Boat-n-RV for your unethical practice. 1 week later still have not heard from salesman, Allen Hefner or GM Pete to apologize or attempt to resolve the issue.

I went in bought a toilet that did not fit in my camper they had had it sitting outside of the box outside of floor on the floor trying to get rid of it I brought it back because it did not fit my camper and they have no more of that was the color I was looking for and they sold it to me without being aware of it because I was in a rush to get out of Savannah Georgia when I installed it I realize it had to be one that sits in the shower because only a small child can sit on the one that I have right now right now I'm in Oklahoma and I'm very unsatisfied with the customer service that I got in the parts department I think they pulled a bait and switch on me twice. in fact I would bet on it

Yes they sell parts etc.... just stay away from bait/switch boat sales
