Boat-n-RV Megastore, Ridgeland, SC. Do not do business with this store please. Find a legitimate company. Left a $500 deposit against a used RV and was told to try my own bank however they sold the unit to one of there other stores in Tennessee after our phone conversation. Refused to stand behind the contract we had with them and would not even return our calls. Sales manager has no balls to even speak with us, instead hid in his office while the Finance manager try to smooth things over. The deal included a trade which I pulled off FB and told 2 individuals it was no longer available so now I have lost a possible sale myself. My wife and were really looking forward to a Class A motor home. Thanks Boat-n-RV for your unethical practice. 1 week later still have not heard from salesman, Allen Hefner or GM Pete to apologize or attempt to resolve the issue.
They aren't the worst I've dealt with but they do have aggressive salespeople. They will try and sell you up endlessly. But they do have a lot of nice inventory.
Stay away from Kim Yaeger,she will rip you off. Also,take notice when a customer had a bad experience and say's how bad they wer treated and ripped off,owner has nothing to say back and make a comment.
I had started talking with one of their sales person on FB looking for a particular fifth wheel and had told him we was wanting to put $8000 down. He sent me a few pics and I actually liked one of the campers they had that was brand new. So my husband and myself took a 3 hour ride to look at it to find that it had a lot of things wrong with it but was told they would fix everything on it. We gave them time and went back again hoping to see it ready for pick up. When we arrive we see it in the same spot it was in & nothing done to it & find out now that they have fired our salesperosn, so we go in to see who we need to talk to. So on that day we was told that we had to put the money down before they would get it all ready, So we gave them the money & 2 weeks to get it ready. We come back a third time & they haven't touched it, my husband blessed the sales manager out for disrespecting me & lying to us. I would never do business there again.
Put simply..go somewhere else.
