I've purchased multiple vehicles from Ilderton, but I am so over the poor customer service and lies. When I purchased my last vehicle from this dealership, I was told that it'd come with three free oil changes and tire rotations. Yeah, that doesn't happen that way. There is an expiration date for the service they provide. The date for receiving superior customer service is the moment you drive off the lot, the date for having the oil changes and tire rotations is apparently two years from the date of purchase. The issue I have is if a newer vehicle is supposed to be so great, you won't be getting your oil changed and tires rotated that often unless you are putting some hefty miles on your Jeep. When I canceled my appointment for service after being lied to, I still received email reminders about my "appointment" and then even received a phone call asking about the service I received on my Jeep. Totally unaware, or just didn't care. Take your pick these days. After purchasing the car, I was bombarded by mailers from the dealership. Solicitations and just things I do not want. I called and spoke to the general manager, leaving him a voicemail but he never returned my call. When I called down and asked to speak to him in person, I then explained I did not want any other forms of communication from the dealership because the loads of mail I was receiving asking to buy back my Jeep was uncalled for as it was way too much. Even today (08/06/2022), what did I get...a mailer from Ilderton and this is even AFTER I told the manager I did not want any other mail from them. Period If you look at a vehicle online, the online sales reps will hound you endlessly. I received more calls from the online sales team than AT&T does on a given day. Seriously...endlessly. Give it a rest. If you call one day, don't call back multiple times in the day, and don't call multiple times during the week. Wait. Customers can't pay for a vehicle if they cannot work to make the payment. All in all, I am done with Ilderton. I will never buy another vehicle from this place and do not recommend it to others.

The sale itself was smooth and fast. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My salesman is hands down the best. I was extremely satisfied and would have have given 5 stars, however this was my first purchase of a brand new vehicle and it was amazing until not one week later I attempted to use my washer fluid and had to visit a different dealership due to living out of town. I already have to have my 2022 dodge charger into the shop to have it worked on. I'm very disappointed that after years of struggling to put vehicles in and out of the shop that I'm paying this much money for a vehicle to already have to go and have something corrected. I understand this isn't due to anything in regards to the dealership, but on dodge themselves. Meanwhile the issue does reflect back onto the dealership. The warranty will correct the issue I just never dreamt that I would already have to have it into the shop.

I’ve received four text messages about leaving a review, here it is… I called to schedule an appointment for a recall that I was in need of completing. Was successful in booking the appointment, the service writer also mentioned that I had a second recall that could be completed at the same time. So I dropped my vehicle off and was on my way. They called and told me my vehicle was ready for pick up, so I came to pick it up. From there I was told the first recall was completed, but the second one that was supposed to be completed was not completed due do parts being on national back order. Not a big deal, I completely understand everything is on back order these days. When I got out to my vehicle, I hopped in like normal to leave and I could not find my entire glovebox assembly. I had my passenger side airbag replaced; behind the glove box. I looked and thought that was odd, I had to search my vehicle to find the glove box and all of its contents. I finally found it in the back of my Jeep. Luckily I know how to put it back together, not a big deal. But just seems unprofessional and careless to leave a vehicle “Completed” that way.
