Had a technician come out for the appointment but his computer needed to be recalibrated so had to reschedule, fine that I understand. But when my appointment was rescheduled for the following week I get another email saying my appointment had been rescheduled to a location over an hour away from where I was located. I never rescheduled this appointment, why would I schedule an appointment where I had to drive over an hour to get my window replaced? I then called the location 10 minutes from me to question the rescheduling and the woman on the phone was incredibly rude. She asked me if I had rescheduled the appointment, which I had clearly not, then proceeded question me as if I was lying about the reschedule. Afterward, she proceeded to hang up on me after she told me her manager would be in contact with me since they could not fit me in in my original appointment time. One would think after a customer had cleared their schedule for a five hour window of time, on two separate days, they would’ve provided a little better customer service. This is unacceptable treatment from a company. Take your business elsewhere, I did.

Very pleased with my experience at Safelite. The repair was quick, efficient and on time. The technician explained everything clearly and easily. The ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful with me dealing with the insurance claim and had tremendous patience. Use these guys!

I honestly can’t believe a company as well known as safelite did such a poor job and refuses to fix something they broke while fixing a windshield. Simply put the crack in the windshield looked better than the broken trim beside my sons windshield which they cased. Basically paid them to make the car look worse. If this isn’t fixed I’ll start posting this with pics on all social media platforms and I assure you the lost business will be much worse than fixing the mistake your installer made.

I had a great experience using Safelite. Jacob East was my technician, he was very friendly and done a phenomenal job replacing my windshield. I was very pleased and want you to know what a great employee you have. Thank you Jacob for doing such a great job! I will definitely use Safelite again.
