Milan is a terrible sales manager. I placed an order for pickup. I received an order number and a day it would be available for pickup. When I arrived at the store they did not have the order and it wasn’t ready. I showed him the order number and full order on my phone. He was extremely rude and did nothing to try to help. The only reason I even gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the other employee that was trying to help me. I wish I had his name, but I don’t (tall red head guy). He initially thought I was a different customer who came in earlier with the same problem so it’s obviously a system issue for Office Depot. Anyway, he was super nice and tried to call his manager, Milan, over for help. After dealing with his rude, non helpful manager I purchased something else and attached to my receipt was a corporate number to call and 2 questions on a sticky note to ask them. He advised me to try giving them a call which I did and they easily made it right. Maybe these two should switch positions.

Assisted me in getting 2 posters printed and mounted on board for an event at High Point Furniture. A sponsorship posters was forgotten for a 5:00 PM event. Office Depot helped us print/mount and have the posters ready 1.5 hours ahead of the event. Thanks!

Went to Office Depot to get a conputer stick but when I saw the long line and noe one checking any one out I left. Went to Staples They did not have what I needed so went back to Office Depot and was able to check out as the long line was not there by then.

Horrible customer service from the print and copy center manager Liz. How do you decide to just ignore part of the details on a print order? I mean literally tell a customer you didn't do or attempt to do what was requested. Thank you William for listening to the situation and for resolving an issue caused by a peer who does not value customers. I hope you continue to move up in ways that allow you to train other associates in the future.
