This is a very good car wash. I’m not in favor of the member option. Just don’t need it that much to pay for it. May be worth it to you.

Just left there. The side brushes are not working in the wash. The attendant took my money and ran me through anyway, knowing the wash was not functioning properly. When questioned, I was told that it was a corporate decision. I was offered a refund, only because I made my issue known. That's poor customer service on the corporate/management side. The employees are just doing their jobs as told.

I would give ZERO stars to this business. If your vehicle has any road grime or bug spot's the brushes will NOT clean them off. You will have partial clean spots and partial road grime spots and the bug spots will not be cleaned off at all. For the $25 that they charge for the wash the cleaning should be Much better. Today was my second time there and the same occurred on both occasions. Not clean at all. I recommend Auto Bell or somewhere else. Save your $25

Of the 3 Triad Tidal Wave locations this one in High Point Palladium area is in my opinion the best staffed and they give the most attention to detail. I have a membership here and come about once per week. It allows use of any of the 3 Triad locations. I use the other locations in Greensboro or Kernersville, just depends on daily routine and which is most convenient when I need a wash. You can get the wash and interior cleaning done in about 20 min on a non busy time but could take up to 45 min on a busy day. If waiting inside, the interior is not impressive at all but not bad enough to lower my rating.

By far the best value is to upgrade your Unlimited Wash Club membership to include weekly and / or monthly interior cleaning. In general, you will save money if you visit as little as twice a month. Hi Rosalind, yes you can purchase single washes if you like and many people do so. However the best value by far is to join the Unlimited Wash Club. It's like Netflix - pay once a month, then wash all you like for 30 days. At our High Point location, there are also options that include weekly and / or monthly interior cleaning.
