One of my favorite grocery stores. Love the chocolate chip cookies. They are always clean. Wish they were more local for my needs.

Galena needs to fix her attitude. When a customer tells you your steak made them sick you should show sympathy, right? Instead she treated me like I was doing the wrong thing by shopping at this location. “GO”, she said when I asked what I need to do. She meant go get steaks from the meat department. I still got my replacement steaks so +1 star for Jeremiah’s help even though it seemed like he was having a bad day too. In fact, it seems like every employee I encountered today does not like working here. Maybe that’s just the reality of working in a grocery store these days.

The Harris Teeter store that I frequent is very nice. The staff are very responsive to any questions. The register staffers are all pleasant and efficient. Today, one of the deli/ready-to-eat food areas was wearing a hat made to look like a taco. That's dedication for you.

Lyrical Storm

I spend a lot of time in here. Although their book section isn't as big as it used to be, I can always find a good book to go with all the delectable groceries overflowing out of my shopping basket! The staff are always courteous, friendly and are always so helpful! My favorite HT in the Triad!
