Terrible service very disrepectful. Didn't even call to tell me the can't get me approved with 3000 down. Or to say can I put more down. ? Really want the business. 15 people trying to buy cars who needs one more right. What a joke I'll come run the store and run a 12x more successful business. Delivery and compassion goes a long way. If you do not want to deal with customers find another job.

I liked this place at first. I was interested in a Jeep I seen online and was told it was sold. Ended up getting a Ford Explorer and it was a quick and easy buying experience (or so I thought). 3 days later the Jeep was still for sale on the lot. There was a few minor issues that needed to be fixed. The front window frame, hole in roof, 02 sensor and all 4 charger plugs. I made a date to bring it back and they still had it for 2 whole days and only half was fixed. Made another appointment and found out they send it to Thomas Tire to be fixed. Another 2 days and still have issues. Missing time off work, missed kids doctors appointment. Given the run around. Horrible experience.

Yrah they have been giving my wife the run around for a cpl months. I'd would say to anyone looking to buy there. CHECK EVERY NUT AND BOLT BEFOR YOU BUY.

I am so sorry that you are having issues. Unfortunately brake pads are a ware and tare issue and are not covered by warranty unless caused by a underlying covered mechanical issue. They usually go out of their way to resolve issues through their goodwill policy but can not resolve all issues all of the time.
