They broke a plastic piece on my dash, after multiple conversations they agreed to order a new one and replace it. I called to check on it a couple weeks after and nothing, no return call or anything. My car smelled like cigarette smoke when I picked it up also. That happened 2 months ago and no one has called to provide an update or anything. I spent around $1400 with them. There is a audio place across the street from this one I suggest you go there.

The only place to go for all of your car stereo and tint needs! Just picked up my Gem cart from Sound Solutions! I couldn’t be more satisfied with the stereo system, tint, led lighting and wheels!! Ask for Leroy or Anthony!

Anthony seems knowledgeable and happy to help, but the quality of service from the guys in shop does not match the service out front. I had a system installed here, including 2 DVD players. The amp went out 3 weeks in, took to local shop and guy said they used cheap wiring that just burned up. He replaced all wiring for me. Both DVD players quit working, Anthony scheduled to have replaced, replaced them with new ones, and both of them stopped opening after 3 uses. Anthony said to call in warranty, company stated that the serial numbers off my boxes did not match their product. I was given wrong boxes for the refurbished/non-working DVD players. Called to request help with filing for warranty and he said he would call me back. never did and have not been able to reach since.

Took our jeep by on a Saturday after seeing this business online. Walked in told the guy what we were looking to do completely changed all of our speakers out added subs and a amp. Tented our windows and installed a new touchscreen radio and we were out of there in 2 1/2 hours very professional installation and fair pricing will take all of our vehicles to them in the future !!
