How to began, first off Vann York wasn’t my choice I was referred to them by a close friend. I had been in contact with two other dealerships, even visited one because their site said they had pickup trucks. Long story short neither of these dealers seemed very interested in ordering a truck for me. I knew what I wanted, I would have been happy with a used one, but not for the price I was offered a used one for. We were talking a savings of about $3k-$4k that just didn’t make sense to pay that little bit less for a used one. My truck was totaled so I had no vehicle I was able to borrow one from family, but anyway I called Vann York never even went there. The guy calls me back I believe Isaac which is no longer there, but none the less gets my order sends over some DocuSign papers has me do a deposit tells me my truck will be in between 90-120 days. Good deal so couple months in my order has changed status from GM, Vann York let’s me know about the order status and when I could possibly see my truck. Mark Edward’s ends up becoming my sales rep never met him never stepped foot on the property until I went to pick my truck up which ended up being around the 113 day mark. Mark was super nice I didn’t feel rushed he was very eager to answer any questions I had if he didn’t know the answer he found out. Kenny the finance person I met him again super great guy, very friendly just a phenomenal staff from what I can tell at Vann York. Best part is if they don’t have the vehicle you want they are not afraid to order it for you. I’m super happy with my new truck, the wait was definitely worth it I could not be happier. Thank you guys see you again for that first maintenance.

So today was one of the best days after a long week. So long story short I needed a vehicle and this was an urgent matter. After doing some research I found these guys and was immediately reached out to. Now, the experience I received working with Cam was the best. I would recommend him over and over. He kept telling me he got me and I will be leaving with a vehicle. I had doubts because once my mind is set on something that's it all I see is tunnel vision. He was the best of the best, He got me in what I wanted, the experience was super smooth and I legit had no worries. I was treated fairly at Van York Chevrolet Buick GMC and I did not feel pressured to buy now because the deal will go away if I did not. The staff was helpful and respectful and treated me as a valued potential customer. There was no running back and forth with offers and counteroffers, just one back and forth and the deal was struck. Sales and sales management were professional and a pleasure to deal with, something that is sometimes hard to find in car dealerships. I will do business with Van York in the future as I generally trade or buy a car every year to 18 months. I had a small service issue with the truck that the sales team spearheaded to be fixed and it was done in a timely manner, and I was very pleased with this help provided after the sale.
