After the Civic I bought here in 2020 was totalled at the end of last year, I came back during a much more difficult car search due to the supply chain issues and shortages. Worked with Corbett Davis again and he really went above and beyond to get a new Civic for me as soon as he could. This was our first time dealing with Vann York Honda and dealing with Jamel. I can say that everyone at this dealership went above and beyond to make sure that our experience here was a positive one. Jamel kept me up to date on what was going on with my car, ie., when it was being built, when it was being shipped to the dealership and when it arrived. When we talked money we were told that the price would not change regardless of what Honda did or if the value of our trade in went down. They kept their word and the price stayed the same. I trade cars every 2 to 3 years so I need a dealership that will work to keep my business and not a dealership or salesman that is dishonest. Vann York Honda and Jamel were both a pleasure to work with. They have earned my respect and business. Thank you Jamel for an awesome buying experience! D, the finance man, was also a pleasure to work with. Would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to purchase a Honda!

I was in search of a CRV Hybrid and Vann York Honda did not disappoint. The buying process was very streamlined. I worked with Jose Bustillo who kept me updated throughout the entire process. Once my car arrived I filled out the credit app online which made picking up the car at the dealership quick and painless. It really depends on what you need done. I had A pilot and I never got just a tune up if you keep up with the recommended services you really we don't need a tune-up unless it's acting up and doing something that requires a tune-up like you might need new spark plugs on new spark plug wires if that's all you need it shouldn't cost no more than 100 to $150

Sounds like the battery has a dead cell in it. If you jump it off and drive it up there when they check it it won't show up because it is fully charged. Also how old is battery because all car makers put the cheapest battery in the cars at the factory. They are usually a two year battery and when you get close to two years or over two years you will start having trouble. Hope this was helpful.
