UPS building at 214 Banker Rd in Plattsburgh, NY will answer calls and help customers with pickup of their held packages from 10:30 am to 8pm Monday through Friday. The Customer Counter for shipping packages is no longer open at that location. Packages with prepaid labels on them can be dropped at the South side door. Just ring the bell on the right hand side of the door.
