UPS as a whole is terrible. I want to be able pick up a package at this place because it needs a signature and I won't be home. UPS wants to charge me for not delivering it, the company not this location. What a joke. I guess its time to shop more locally instead of dealing with UPS

I have an address that when scanned it comes up as a totally different town and zip code. So it's being delivered to the WRONG ADDRESS! How do I rectify this so it STOPS happening???? Very frustrating and someone else is getting alot of FREE stuff!!!!

My box was pretty much mangled when I received it. And of course it had to be my one box with my expensive power strip in it. Today pushed my limit, everytime I get packages from UPS my boxes aren't in good shape.

You can track it. A call to the CS center will help too. The Whse is 24-7. 3PM is the time when a package received during the day would be available.
