25 minutes late for our appointment and they didn't even have the car available for us to test drive, it was at another location being repaired. No greeting from any of the sales people as they walked back and forth while we set there. After speaking with sales manager (?) we were promised on his word that they would follow up and let us know. I received one call from Ian to say it is still being worked on over a week ago. No further contact, at this point we have gone to another dealership and purchased a car.
