I just went again a few hours ago, there was maybe 30 customers in line and one person on register. Not only was the line stupid long, there was another person on the stereo making an announcement about how understaffed they were but I never actually saw that woman work. When I finally got to the register I asked the cashier where their manager was and they responded “Well she’s supposed to be working on the floor.” The cashier was literally drowning in items meanwhile the manager or coworker was no where to be seen. And then, the woman on the speaker made another announcement about how the next cashier won’t be here for another three hours?! Like what do you mean? Did you only hired one cashier? Also people got so tired of waiting that they just started stealing. Overall I’m disgusted, they did that cashier so dirty. Also this location has Aloe Vera for $4 right now.

I'm a fan of 99cent stores since 2000, I always seem to find whatever I'm looking for and more, when I shop their stores and not just in LA... Today we were looking for an analog rabbit ear tv antenna and sure enuff they were on an end cap waiting for us... Thanks for always having my back... -d... ps, we will be back.

Minus avoiding one cashier for poor customer service this is a pleasant location. It's almost always fully stocked ample parking and has a lot to offer. I only shop here for seasonal holiday decor and this location never disappoints.

Place usually has one or two security guards on-site for the protection of merchandise. Lots of money going into the shopping center have a vast amount of products. Store is usually clean and well organized.
