Need to educate your drivers better about streets in the city. Twice my delivery has gone to the wrong address. 20 S Peru St is totally different than 20 S Platt St !! Don't these guys have GPS in those trucks?????

Terrible delivery I’d give fedex zero stars if I could. Always terrible. I had a package that was to be delivered today and was out for delivery on a truck and needed a signature. I took day off from work to be home to sign and then get a tracking update that delivery is now scheduled for the next day. This has happened multiple times. And when you contact them they never give a reason as to why they postpone the delivery.
