my package was sent back and i was not notified about it and given a chance to pick it up? I do not know where it is now. Why is the warehouse open at 3 pm?

You can track it. A call to the CS center will help too. The Whse is 24-7. 3PM is the time when a package received during the day would be available.

Customer counter opens at 3pm. You can still talk to someone and get service if you ring the buzzer at the door on right side of the building.
