No they don't let you return fabric. You can always put it up for sale in the yard sale group in your town on FB. That way you can get your money back.
Like all craft stores that sell by the yard, Fabric that has been cut is not able to be returned. If you purchased a whole bolt and it is still in the plastic bag you might be able to.. notions and thread aren't an issue
