I was excited for my first visit to the store last Wednesday and when I went inside I was even more excited to become a customer here permanently. Until the cashier charged my card three times and I told the two associates they just charged my card three times and I was told it wasn't their fault they only gave me one receipt and I had to deal with my bank on this matter. This was the most unprofessional customer service I have ever witnessed in my entire 45 years on this Earth. I will never step foot in this place again and to Future customers I recommend using cash.

Amanda is a first rate service person. If you look up service in the dictionary, her picture is there. She remembers me every time I go in. She is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She is the reason I go to the Auburn store.
