Miguel Garcia and Jason Testagrossa went above and beyond to help me out and find a car. After spending the day going to all sorts of car dealers we ended our day at Diamond Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac. From the moment we walked into the door we were shown fantastic service, kind hearts willing to go above and beyond to help me and my children out. Just purchased a 2020 GMC Sierra Denali 1500 with 7K miles on it from Brandon Stevenson at Diamond in Auburn. Great overall experience. Even in the current market I walked out feeling like I got a good deal. You know the mark up on inventory right now but they still worked on the price with me and stepped up on my trade in. Brandon was great throughout the process, laid back no pressure sell. Talked about the deal with him and Jason in finance and came to an agreement. Had my paperwork and the truck ready quickly for me and out the door I went. Got me in a couple days later when title came in for a sticker and a couple items with Service Team. While there, there seemed to be some confusion on what was promised to me, I shot Brandon a text and got "I'm on my way right now." Came down and sorted it out right away and even came back down a second time to make sure I was all set. Reached out to me a week later to make sure I was enjoying the truck and there were no issues. Great follow up and follow through and definitely a guy I will work with again and someone you should look to work with if you are in the market for a new vehicle. Highly recommend.
