I walked into the store and everyone at the front entrance was on their personal cell phone. There was no acknowledgment. After 5 minutes, I had to asked someone if they can assist me. The lack of communication continued during the financing process. I was told by one person that it would be a 72 months finance and another individual had told me 84. At the end of the night, I did walkout with my purchase of the motocycle. I was happy of the new purchase, but at the same time I felt off by the whole process. My experience at the clothe department was rather pleasing. The lady that assisted me was very professional and pleasant. She was well knowledge and kind with the whole process. She made me feel at ease as I was completing my transaction. Thanks

The salesman listened to how and why I ride and suggested a particular model bike. Test ride was awesome but the bike was not the colors I like. The salesman found the perfect color with the chrome package I wanted. Totally worth the wait.

I was greeted by Angela and she was very pleasant and explained all my options when I was shopping for a helmet and gloves. She then walked me to another department to answer more questions. I had a great experience at Sheldon’s thanks to Angela and the entire staff.

Nate helped me find the bike I wanted. I’m very happy with my choice. Shawn was my sales manager, he was helpful on getting the number to a fair deal. Heather helped close the deal. Everyone was professional and treated me like family. I will come back for my next bike one day.

We've done this kind of build before and if you'd like to come in and we can talk about it oh that would probably be a good starting point oh, we'd need to know exactly what kind of need you need. Sorry that's a lot of needs LOL my name is Scott I'm one of the mechanics there if you come in and you can come to the service department and we could definitely get you on three wheels and put you in the Wind hopefully

Have you attempted to bring it back to Sheldon's. Tell them your issue. Maybe the air pressure isn't good. Maybe the tire needs rebalancing. Or you simply lost a wheel weight. Also you paid about the right price for two motorcycle tires. Tires on a motorcycle ain't cheap.
No... you have to https://www.eaglerider.com Sheldon's cant/won't rent bikes you have to go about 45min away to Boston, Foxboro, or CT.
Im not sure of the exact date but I'm sure if you call there or go on their website you can find out. Their tent sales are large and attract a lot of riders and potential riders.
They focus on the Harley Davidson helmet line. I don't think you'll find Shoei Z1R helmets.
