Great experience with David our salesperson. He was attentive to our needs and showed us another truck because the one we were there for was not available. Yes it was more money but the value was there and we ended up making the purchase. We did not do a car loan so that was not a factor. It came down to if we wanted to spend about 7000 more, and David bringing us another truck to look at that met our needs. If you need a vehicle ask for David, he will steer (yes the pun was intended) in the right direction.

I had the most amazing experience at this location. I was presented with transmission issues, typical 6f35 problems. Your service advisor Zach, had talked with me about the issue a few different times and we came up with a conclusion: swap my transmission for a low mileage transmission and rebuild the valve body, add a zip kit (shift improvement kit) and you’ll be all set. This car has never driven better, the entire time I have owned it. Zach and your transmission guy, rusty, are some of the 2 best people I have ever worked with. They are very knowledgeable about the entire line of ford vehicles and I could not be happier about the results! I bet hands down, I have the best shifting 6f35 in the state!!!!

First off, now is a tough time to buy a car with dealers marking cars up 12 - 30% or more above MSRP. I had no expectation to walk out buying a car. Originally went to IRA to meet with Gene Rice to look at a new Raptor. Gene was very knowledgeable about Ford products and worked with my wife and I to find the right truck that what would fit our lifestyle. The dealership experience at IRA was amazing, no haggling, great to work with and honest. The fact I purchased this truck with no mark up when other Ford dealerships around me were, shows IRA cares about there customer. Thank you Gene and IRA for helping me find my new truck!

1-13-2022 I recently ended my new truck search at IRA Ford in auburn, ma. I had been to 4 or 5 dealerships over the last two weeks looking at trucks, some better than others. I wasn’t even considering Ira because I thought it was going to be just another big dealership experience, boy was I WRONG! My salesman David Hayes (I hope I spelled it right) was amazing! Dave was very kind, friendly and inviting. Shameus (again I hope I spelled it right) in finance was no different. Very friendly and easy to talk to! I highly recommend Ira ford for your next new or used vehicle! I also highly recommend you stay away from Imperial cars in mendon, ma (worst experience ever).
