A couple weeks ago, I worked with TJ to purchase a 2022 Corolla Cross. They did not have that model in the lot but TJ still ran numbers with me for one that was planning to come in. He was nice, personable, professional, and met my needs. He called me a few days later to tell me I can now sign papers for the car I wanted. Everything went so smoothly. I’m in love with my new car! Easily one of the beat dealership experiences I've had in a long time. Went in for 15k mile maintenance after having a poor experience with a previous dealership. Jim was incredibly nice, informative and easy to talk to. He gave me all the details up front and gave me some suggestions so I didn't miss out on some free services. To top it all off, the service was done in under an hour! Will definitely return in the future.

I came in to buy my Camry TRD from Tim Nguyen and that was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in my life buying a car. We went from the sales floor immediately to looking for my dream car in minutes after he was able to pinpoint my car down. I have a RAV4 abd its conparable to the Venza. Not as long and roomy but a comfy ride.
