I was intending on purchasing a new bed set and walking through the store looking for things for my home. Upon entering the store I asked if they had anymore bulbs for the Dynatrap bug zapper. One clerk asked another and the 2nd clerk yelled "WE DONT HAVE ANY" in a very rude tone. I left the store after that. I'll order my items from Amazon. This store won't last with employees like that.

Condescending and arrogant lady at the front desk. Went in to pick up an online order for two items. She handed me one item. I said, "There are supposed to be two." She said, "Well I only see one," and walked off. I looked up the order on my phone went back to her and said, "See two", and showed her the order on my phone. She looked at the computer and said, "Well the other one was cancelled," and with no explanation walked off again as if I was a bother to her. No wonder they are closing stores.

Had what I was looking for in bedding, ended up buying other items that I had not planned on purchasing but the deals were really good, got to say the place was great on sales.

First time at this store and not a good experience, there is a senior lady, it looks like she is a manager there RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL, I approached her to ask her about an item and she answered WITH AN ATTITUDE and very general not helpful answer, I HAD TO HELP MYSELF, and rather ask the cashier on front which by the way was SUPER NICE!!! that other lady should work in her 'Customer Service' skills
