Also not one to leave reviews, especially not negative, but this was ridiculous. I picked up my new to me rogue from your dealership on a Wednesday. My sales and financing experience to that point were fine. Night before pick up, salesman indicated he would be in at 2 and be in touch to confirm the car was ready for pick up. He was aware that I live nearly 40 minutes away and needed to get a ride. When I arrived at the agreed upon time (430), salesman said he was still looking for the plates and it would be a few minutes. I confirmed I could send my ride on his way and he said yes. Over an hour later and after inquiring twice with other employees, salesman pulled around with the car. He informed me that he “didn’t have time to get the inspection” so suggested I do it myself and mail him the bill. This completely ignores the inconvenience of me having to now take time off from work and out of my life to get it inspected, copy the bill, and put it in the mail to him! Then indicated he also didn’t have time to put gas in it. Suggested I could come by at another time and he could fill it up for me. Why on earth would I drive 40 minutes for him to put gas in my car? At that point, I just wanted to get home. Got in the car to discover there was not even enough gas to get home and salesman directed me to the nearest gas station. After getting gas and then starting the car for the first time myself, I received a low battery warning for the key. Turns out both keys required new batteries, which I then needed to purchase the next morning. And to top it all off, when I was finally on the highway to get home and the sun hit the windshield, I couldn’t see a bloody thing because aside from peeling the stickers off the window, the inside of the windshield was layered with soot. Had to pull over and clean the windshield to get home. Clearly the car was not ready to be picked up on Wednesday and he should have postponed. I offered multiple times to go on Th or Friday and would have preferred this over the horrible service I received. ****I love how the manager replies to this review and even took time to leave a voice message, but hasn’t returned the call in six days.

Very quick and thorough service with up-front pricing (CVT fluid change in my case). Was done within an hour and the service techs also took care of a slight noise issue due to a loose heat shield. Very positive experience overall.

I came in for a tire replacement and oil change. I thought I only needed one tire but I really needed all 4. My service technician went out of his way to explain how tires and their treads impact the overall performance and wear/tear on my vehicle. It made it so much easier to understand the necessity for my investment in new tires. It was not a slick sales tactic, he just made it all make (common)sense so I understood why I was spending the money. He also noted for me where several other maintenance items stood in terms of needing replacement down the road (how much brake pad I had left, etc.). It was nice to feel well-cared for and not like I was being taken advantage of by promoting services that I didn't really need. I could tell he wanted my vehicle to last me a long time and not cost me too much to maintain. I don't recall his name, but he was THE BEST.
