6-year-old had his birthday there. Turned out really good and had a really fun time. We rented out a party room and it worked out wonderfully. Was a really great day. Only reason I gave it four stars instead of five was due to the fact that since I had never been there, when you first walk in it's kind of confusing of where to go and what to do to get situated. Between making sure everybody fills out the waiver, touching base with the party planner person, etc, I was just kind of scratching my head looking around for a minute. After all was situated though it turned out awesome. Lots of fun things for the kids to do, zip lines, trampoline basketball, all kinds of cool stuff

Been here many times. Super fun day, the staff was very friendly and place is clean. Would suggest them selling food and drinks but we still had a blast for the last day of spring break

Held a party for my son there today paid the 300$ for the extreme party package. It was supposed to cover ten jumpers. Only six showed up i had been reassured by multiple employees in the weeks leading up to the party that i would be refunded for any jumpers who did not show. This however was not the case, after spending 300$ for one hour of jump time and even paying extra for pizza i was met with a very inconsiderate supervisor and owner. He came offsarcastic and rude. My son loves this place and so do I, we come ever month. However i am disappointed in how we were treated for the amount of money we spent. Like he couldn't even get a ticket to come back and jump again himself? That was almost 50$ in jump tickets that wasn't used. I really hope the owner finds a better way to communicate the same training and information with all of his employees so this doesn't happen again. Once again we love the place and always have a blast but he was pretty disappointed he didn't get his extra jumps after being told he would.

This place is great! They do a great job keeping kids safe and making it fun. They ask people to wear their masks properly, and that's a good thing. Some customers really take issue, but they are just doing their job. Definitely the best venue in Eugene for kids to burn off some energy, and adults too. I'm 31 and I really work up a sweat every time I go.

Unfortunately yes, DEFY Eugene is currently closed due to the latest Oregon State COVID-19 mandate until Lane County meets metrics to move out of the EXTREME risk category. Follow DEFYEugene on social media for all their latest updates, news, and promos.
We are open 10-8 Mon-Sat and 11-7 on Sunday. We are temporarily closing for two weeks (November 18-Dec 2) due to statewide mandate from Governor Brown.
There are plenty of little kids I see go there. I even went to a 2 year olds birthday there a few days ago and it was fun and the kid had fun. Also there are always staff supervising to make sure everyone is safe. In general though I think the kids are older than that and there are some teenagers are adults that jump to, and there is no designated area for youngsters as far as I'm aware. Get Air is another trampoline place in eugene that isn't as big or fun, but I think they have a full area just for little kids which would probably be safer. :)
There are ways to be engaged with a small child that don't require much of the guardian. And of course, you can always just watch! We had a 5 year old with us that had the time of his life and didn't require much more than eyes on him.
Sunday is moderately busy most of the day. We are open 11-7 on Sundays. Thanks!

For a Defy 10 party, it would be $250 Monday through Thursday or $325 Friday through Sunday. This includes 1 hour passes and socks for 11 jumpers (the birthday guest jumps free). Use of a party room for 45 minutes, all the paper goods, two pizzas, two 2-liter bottles of soda, a party host to assist with everything (set-up, serving pizza, cutting cake, pouring drinks, cleanup, etc.), and a birthday gift from Defy.
It won’t open on my phone browser. I did all the suggested actions above.
They're now open
