I love the upgrades to the outdoor pool. My girls love it and they are so comfortable in the pool. Great swim lesson instructors. I highly recommend only doing lessons in the summer for littles. It was just too. Old for my kiddo.

They let my kid drowns in swim lessons and I had to save him! It’s a really great place to take the kids swimming! Friendly staff however they lack with safety. I had my son do swimming lessons and he was doing great we loved the blonde haired instructor with the sun glasses she was amazing. My son did the same level again and they gave him a New instructor with a 16 old little girl training with her!!! They didn’t even pay attention to my child no life guard Saw MY SON DROWNING literally flailing for help during his swim lessons this teenager was svrewing off and the instructor was only paying attention to this new little girl that shouldn’t have even been on level two swim lessons so no one was paying attention to my son or the other boy! I SAVED MY SON from dieing in there pool and none of them could save him. Life hairdos and instructors right next to him in the pool and I ran to grab my child out of the freaking pool!!!!!! My child almost died because there lack of instructor skills life guards and they way the girl was running g the swim lessons. It was awful. Took my kid home and he’s traumatized. He was doing so good also!!! I thought he would be with his last swim instructor yet they put my child in the deep end with new i truck or no one went over pool rules like the first class he was in. Epic fail on there swim instructors and life guards!!! Definitely need more training or not 16 yr old girls training to be treading kids to swim. Something has to change before it happens to another child in that class with those instructors.

Friendliest most caring staff ever encountered! Went with client who can't handle loud music, told Miranda, boss lady at front entrance, she addressed the problem with much empathy, had staff turn volume way down. This pool was revamped a few years ago and is very nice, but they could use some shade on the lawn.

Went to pick up my son’s One pass that was paid by directional services. Was told I’d already picked it up on June 16 you weren’t even selling one passes at that time. So I never got the one pass I was told that I was out of luck on getting it. And also when I was supposed to pick that up I had Covid so how could I have picked it up. I called with the beginning of this week and asked if his pass was there they check the computer and said it was so how can it go from being there to not being there. I will never buy a one pass from your organization ever again I was treated like I was a icriminal.
