I love/hate this place. I'm gluten sensitive and the bakery makes me crazy! I can smell the goodness all the way out in the parking lot. So I indulge and it's worth the pain. Luckily I have friends and family to share with.

Going to qualify this review by stating Eugene needs a second Costco desperately. Eugene Costco serves too large of an area for it to adequately serve the community's needs. You have to go in the off-hours for this to be anywhere near a pleasant Costco experience. It’s super super crowded, parking is a bear. The staff here is great, if you see something you like buy it and return it later if it doesn’t work out, otherwise it will be gone the next time you visit.

Costco, Costco, Costco, oh how I love you. Your rotisserie chix drives my sole to miles of smiles. Your bakery and staff are just the bees knees. Just a few suggestions. Please post the gas prices better from the street. Please don't start the price gouging we are seeing from every other retailer. I'll be loyal to you if you are fair to me... sound good 👍. I fully understand that gas and diesel are out of control but we as the consumer need to know that at least 1 company has our back. I use the word fair knowing life is all about profit and loss. It's what keeps the doors open. Just please be fair.

My must go to place weekly! Love helpful staff and kind attitude. always have great deal for bulk stuff and we have been enjoying their pre-made meals from the kitchen (just put in the oven and wa-la, the meal is done). I also like they have more variety for frozen food. Costco practiced safety and health measurements well, I appreciate it a lot.
Only the one Costco in the Eugene/Springfield area.
Albany is the next closest at 40 miles north of Eugene.
Roseburg is about 70 miles south of Eugene.
Both are right close off of the I-5 freeway.
Absolutely 💯% costco has one of the most lenient return policies in the retail industry, = great customer service. That being said, sometimes you get a new person at membership that doesn't have everything down yet. If you get into a snafew, just ask for a manager. And they will promptly take care of you.
I think not. Before now they had an agreement with American Express. Now the agreement is with Visa. Unless there is an exception for debit cards that I'm not aware of.
They are indeed open and limiting purchases as well as entry. They are doing their best to get everyone through. Make a list, have a plan, go either late or early. Midday it gets a pinch crazy.
It's got potential to carry more. This costco potentially serves more people than Albany, since Eugene & Springfield together are 200,000 people, plus all the other small towns outlining them. Although Wilsonville probably serves more...
I have been to Albany and Eugene Costco; unfortunately I did not notice how much they carried in Albany, since I went in to get tie-downs and left.
Official is 10, or 9: 30 on Saturday. Unofficially, the doors usually open about 15 minutes early on any given day. I don't think there's a distinction any more between exec and regular opening time.
if it's just your membership card, just go to the membership counter and talk to them about getting a replacement. SHOULD not cost you anything. if it has to do with your Costco card that is a credit card, you'll need to get a hold if the credit card services and resolve that issue with them.
If you are looking for something in particular the advice has been call a half hour before open. Costco gets trucks every day so if you are hoping to stock up just go right at opening and brave the crowds.
No they are not open today.
All Costco locations are closed on the following holidays:
New Year's Day.
Easter.
Memorial Day.
Independence Day.
Labor Day.
Thanksgiving.
Christmas.
I'm sure they do have Rogain products. You'd have to check the health and beauty area to be sure. You could also check their website. Good luck. Cheers
You can go to customer service, they will usually give you a one time ticket to go on the store. You can even purchase if you'd like. At least they used to.
Costco's customer service department is well known for having a very strong mentality toward customer satisfaction. Their return and exchange policies are extremely accommodating, and since every purchase is linked to a member account, verification of purchase is usually very low-hassle.
I didn't see it last time I was there, but their stock rotates. It seems like they usually have home improvement items more in the spring and summer.
I recommend calling the store instead of asking Local Guides. I doubt they staff someone to answer Google questions.
$60/year for regular and $120/year for executive. Executive membership earns 2% back on purchases, so it only makes sense if you plan to spend over $3,000/year.
Where to apply for a job at Costco?

Costco charges a deposit on Sunny D, V 8 juice and Starbucks frapps. Do they give refunds for those on empty returns? Does anyone?

If they charge a deposit, they should give it back on the empty returns.
They have lobster on their Seafood Road Show days. These are days when they bring in a lot of fresh seafood. They do not cook it, but you can get pre-cooked.
They always have storage solutions like garage shelving, but book cases would be part of their rotating stock. When I went last week the featured products were all related to the outdoors: patio furniture, shrubs, camping gear, etc. Thus, no book cases at the moment.
Two. They're pretty militant about limiting purchases to members only. If you have a friend or family member who doesn't have a membership with you and they want to get some items, you have to pay for the items and get them to reimburse you; Costco won't let them pay, even with cash.
Yes. Regular and premium. The new store will have regular premium and diesel fuel starting the 16 th of November 2017 as per an employee at Costco fuel station..
We had a bunch of pictures put on DVD from my parents and I think it was about $12 but that's just a suggestion call Costco or go on the website I know it just seems too simple an answer
A membership is good at all locations, yes. (Official answer from Costco). There is an exception for foreign memberships, but you don't worry about that.
Who do you call to find out if product has come in

It depends on what the product is that you're expecting.. If it's tires then the tire department.. If it's for photos or ink, you would call those respective departments, for glasses you would call optical, hearing aides either hearing department or maybe optical, other goods and merchandise I would call the Service Desk..
