We have been out of town and in a remote area. We are flying back tomarrow. Is costco still open? Special hrs? Do they have supplies or are they running low due to demand over covid- 19?

They are indeed open and limiting purchases as well as entry. They are doing their best to get everyone through. Make a list, have a plan, go either late or early. Midday it gets a pinch crazy.

Best time to go is after 630

They have most of their inventory. They are open with normal hours. Big lines outside. Need to keep six feet away from family groups in line. They wipe down carts for you. They let 20 people/groups in at a time. They don't have bleach or disenfectant wipes. They were low on toilet paper yesterday. Only one per family allowed. They don't have canned beans, but they have frozen foods and other canned goods.

I'm sure they will still open some. And they always restock.
