Does the Eugene Costco carry more items than the Albany Costco? I find that the Albany has less items than the Wilsonville one, for example.

It's got potential to carry more. This costco potentially serves more people than Albany, since Eugene & Springfield together are 200,000 people, plus all the other small towns outlining them. Although Wilsonville probably serves more... I have been to Albany and Eugene Costco; unfortunately I did not notice how much they carried in Albany, since I went in to get tie-downs and left.
