I am so disappointed, i was told to not board the bus at school because the string on my mask had snapped while boarding and the bus driver didn’t give me an opportunity to tie it fixed, i which I was able to do while the doors were closing. I am now forced to wait for the next bus 30 minutes later. This is pathetic.

I talk with alot of the drivers and its pretty clear to me that ltd is over working them (12-14 hours a day! )and care little for thier safety and well-being during this pandemic. I see people removing thier mask frequently, and it usually ends up in an argument if the driver says something. I also noticed alot less favorable and sketchy people who clearly have poor hygeine riding now that its free. I've even seen a fight or two happen on the bus and around the station and it feels like there is never any security around. I personally dont feel safe riding anymore and have started looking for other ways of getting around. Ltd has really gone down hill over the last few years even before the pandemic.

LTD has the best transit system I know of and I've lived in nine states . The buses are punctual and frequent and the drivers are helpful and friendly. Eugene is fortunate to have LTD.

I was on the emx the other morning approx.7 am when leaving the Springfield station one of Ltd's secerty employes jumped on board, the bus headed out of Springfield when secerty started asking riders for their bus passes, surching for mine and was unable to locate it security had the dtiver stop the bus and and I was ordered off the bus and was given a citation not to ride the bus for 10 days.I had to walk the rest of my way to work, late, dark down Franklyn Blvd. to the U of O. When I called customers service to discuss the problem (after I finally got to the right person) I was informed the security employee was just doing his job. I really do appreciate the Ltd service but this was not a form of service for anyone to experience. First, Ltd is suppose to be a "Safe Place" Second, its dark and not safe for anyone to be walking down Franklyn Blvd. especially a female. Third, he had no reason to order me off the bus.
